I could see myself living here.
Miss the convoys of single mums with brats.

Careful what you wish for, Barnes dear -- there's legislation on the books in dear España that it's grounds for legal divorce if the man doesn't do enough household chores... legally mandated housework -- don't tell your wife it exists!!
What legally constitutes enough? Because if it was written by a bloke I can assure you that 'enough household chores' would be politely lifting your feet while she vacuums...
Prague is a lovely city. Excellent public transport.
Reasonable prices
Both cities rule. However, Barcelona is the absolute business. I will live there again I'm sure. Oh yes.
Tried Budapest? Great place.
